Early on I knew I was destined for the showroom of a car dealership. It was as if it was specifically tailored for me. But first I had to earn my stripes in the industry; detailer, lot jockey, lube tech, service advisor etc. One day I made the best decision of my life and finally joined the sales force. I was hooked instantly. I swiftly made my way from sales into the major leadership roles that provided the most impact. It was in these positions I found the disconnect in sales training and revealed the real opportunity at hand. I had the natural ability to sell but quickly learned I was even better at coaching and training! I incorporated my training from store to store as I traveled across Canada within the various brands and franchises. Eventually incasing my knowledge in my book "The Recipe to Mastering Your Craft in Auto Sales". My book barely begins to scratch the surface in comparison to what I demonstrate and incorporate in my workshops, seminars and conferences.
